     Hanno Dementia Care Course: The speed that Thailand has become an Aged Society and will become a Super-aged society is one of the fastest in the world. From our experience of operating the dementia care facility, we know that a key to improving the Thai Senior Care industry is to improve knowledge of dementia and dementia care. Through this course, we will help people’s knowledge of dementia and dementia care improve. It is designed to be useful for healthcare workers as well as families of the elderly suffering from dementia.

     Nurse Aide (NA) in Japan and other countries:  Demand for healthcare workers from other countries stays high in Japan. Thailand is one of the top countries that provide quality personnel to Japan. However, we found out that understanding better dementia care and Japanese culture before going to Japan is beneficial for both personnel who are going to Japan and nursing homes in Japan that accept the personnel. Based on the findings, we will send personnel to Japan and educate them about dementia care and the Japanese language as well as culture before going to work in Japan.

     Operations of Nursing Home: Through the experience of operating the dementia care facility in Bangkok, we found out that the perception of Thai people towards Nursing homes isn’t so positive yet. As one of our missions is to provide a better society for the elderly and their families, we will support nursing homes in Thailand to enhance their operations by sharing our “award-winning experiences” in Japan and Thailand. Specifically, we can support nursing home’s by advising proper staff allocation, proper lay-out and design for a facility, nursing and office staff for quality work, PT and OT for Japanese recreational activities, and healthcare staff for proper understanding in dementia dental care.
